From time to time, Hoopist may offer discounts, promotional codes, referral offers, special events, merchandise promotions, subscription offers, and other special opportunities.

Each promotion may have its own terms.

Promotional Terms

When applicable, the terms of a promotion will identify:

  • Promotion start and expiration dates
  • Eligibility requirements
  • Applicable products or services
  • Redemption requirements
  • Promotional codes
  • Usage limits
  • Geographic restrictions
  • Other applicable conditions

The terms presented with a specific promotion control that promotion.

Promotional Codes

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Promotional codes cannot be resold.
  • Promotional codes may only be used as described in the applicable offer.
  • Promotional codes may expire.
  • Promotional codes may not be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted.

Referral Offers

Hoopist may offer rewards for referring new customers or players.

Referral rewards are subject to the requirements of the specific referral program.

Hoopist may disqualify referrals involving:

  • Self-referrals
  • Duplicate accounts
  • Fraudulent accounts
  • Automated or manipulated referrals
  • Other attempts to abuse the referral program

Sponsor Promotions

Hoopist may partner with businesses and sponsors to provide special offers.

Additional terms may apply to sponsor-provided offers.

Promotional Rewards

Promotional rewards may include discounts, merchandise, subscription credits, event credits, digital rewards, or other benefits specifically identified in the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Promotion Changes

Hoopist may modify or discontinue a promotion when reasonably necessary, including because of technical problems, fraud, abuse, inventory limitations, legal requirements, or circumstances outside Hoopist’s reasonable control.

Valid qualifying transactions completed before a promotion is changed or discontinued will be handled according to the terms of the applicable promotion.
